Patrick J. Bradshaw, Esq. has been engaged in the private practice of law with emphasis on litigation and trial practice since 1994. His litigation experience includes matters involving the defense and prosecution of all civil litigation matters, civil rights, land use, criminal, personal injury/worker’s compensation, and commercial litigation. Mr. Bradshaw has participated in all aspects of civil trial practice in the New Jersey Superior Courts as well as in the United States Federal District Courts, which includes the drafting of legal memoranda, briefs, pleadings, conducting and defending depositions, motion practices, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials. Since joining our predecessor firm, Kelso & Kaplan, Esqs., in 1999, he has been engaged in a broad based civil litigation practice, and has been actively involved and engaged in the defense of all county litigation matters assigned to the firm. Now, as a Partner of Kelso & Bradshaw, Esqs., Mr. Bradshaw is the firm’s lead litigation counsel, and as such has had the fortune of steering many matters to a successful resolution, including appeals at the District Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals levels.
Mr. Bradshaw also concentrates his practice and has extensive knowledge in the area of land use, zoning and development matters, and he is presently representing two large municipalities as the attorney to each municipality’s Zoning Boards of Adjustment. Additionally, Mr. Bradshaw represents applicants before zoning and planning boards throughout the State of New Jersey on matters large and small.
Mr. Bradshaw also serves as the Prosecutor of the Borough of Highland Park, an appointment he has held since 2000, and he was recently appointed as the Prosecutor in Monroe Township. He is trained as a Civil Mediator, and he is both trained and certified by the Court as a Civil Arbitrator, and serves in this capacity in Middlesex County. Mr. Bradshaw received his B.A. from Fordham University in 1988, and thereafter received his J.D. from New England School of Law in 1993. Mr. Bradshaw lives with his family in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
